Senior NDT (Non-Destructive Test) Quality Test Specialist

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior NDT (Non-Destructive Test) Quality Test Specialist to support our F-15 efforts in Qatar at Al Udeid AB, Qatar.  

• Level 2 NDI/NDT certification required with recent NDI experience in two or more of the following methods: UT, PT, MT, ET, or RT
• Capable of working a variable shift
• 5 + years’ experience in NDT/NDI

• Level 2 NDI/NDT certified in all five following methods: UT, PT, MT, ET, and RT.
• Experience on military fighter platforms.
• Experience working with regulatory agencies (DCMA, FAA, and/or Military)
• Able to work with others
• Able to work independently from published technical data

This is an export control position. Meaning:

1) Position may be export controlled.

2) Government authorization may be required.

3) Employment contingent upon meeting trade control requirements.

• →Responsible for NDT on aircraft and related components utilizing multiple methods, to include in Magnetic Particle (MT), Penetrant (PT), Eddy Current (ET), Ultrasound (UT), and Radiography (RT).
• →Analyzes routine data.
• →Assists with standard corrective action recommendations.
• →Documents and communicates standard test, analysis or measurement results to customers through entries in quality records and/or test reports.
• →Performs setup of specialized non-destructive test or measurement equipment. Performs routine tests. Assists in the documentation of procedures and technique sheets for setting up test equipment.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
