Senior Production Program Manager - E-7

• →Program Leadership: Lead and manage the USAF E-7 modification programs, ensuring alignment with production performance goals.
• →Driving Performance: Actively drive production performance to ensure alignment with cost and schedule targets, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• →Customer Engagement: Support executive-level customer engagements, providing updates on program status and addressing customer questions.
• →Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence across all program facets, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• →Interface with Leadership: Serve as the primary interface with the E-7 program leadership team regarding production program activity and performance to plan.
• →Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide leadership across BDUK (Boeing Defense UK), BDA (Boeing Defense Australia), BDS (Boeing Defense Systems), and the 3rd party modification supplier to ensure cohesive program execution.

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience)
• 1+  year of experience in a customer facing role engaging with internal and/or external customers
• Experience working within a fast-paced team environment which required strong communication skills to frequently interact with program leadership, internal and external customer representatives, and development teams

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for $218,450 - $295,550
