Shipside Operations Specialist (Production Support)

Our team is currently hiring Associate,  Experienced and Senior level Shipside Operations Specialists.

• →Assist with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations
• →Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
• →Provides limited feedback on assessment results
• →Support the teammates in implementation of strategies and plans
• →Works under general supervision

• 1+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
• 1+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
• 1+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

• 3+ years of experience working in operations analysis or operations research
• 3+ years of experience in a role that required excellent communication, collaboration, networking, and interpersonal skills
• 3+ years of experience in a role that required strong problem solving and analytical skills

This role is 2nd shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Successful candidate for this job must satisfy the company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
