Deliver excellent omnichannel customer service and supervise the sales team to meet quality standards.
Analyze commercial indicators and results regularly; define and execute action plans to drive timely outcomes.
Oversee CRM activities, ensuring they are fully optimized.
Manage customer complaints, ensuring proper resolution and escalation as needed.
Plan and allocate store activities effectively to maximize team efficiency and productivity.
Ensure proper application of company procedures and monitor service quality.
Supervise warehouse stock, ensuring alignment with the store's sales potential, in coordination with the Merchandising and Area Manager.
Monitor market trends, retail initiatives, and competitors’ actions to contribute to brand development.
Monitor and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
Analyze KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, average transaction value) to identify trends and opportunities.
Create and manage shift schedules to ensure appropriate staffing.
Set clear goals and expectations aligned with KPIs and business objectives.
Define store targets and monitor team performance, providing regular evaluations and corrective plans.
Lead team meetings to align on store goals, gather feedback, and define actions to improve commercial performance.
Motivate and inspire team members to work collaboratively and achieve results.
Provide continuous coaching and professional development opportunities to ensure team growth.
Manage onboarding for newly hired employees to ensure a smooth integration process.
Enhance and supervise training programs, collaborating with the internal Academy to tailor solutions.
Anticipate staffing needs and actively participate in recruitment, leveraging the referral program.
Maintain the store’s image according to company standards, ensuring cleanliness, order, and visual alignment.
Optimize warehouse management, merchandise rotation, and storage to maximize sales efficiency.
Oversee inventory management (partial or annual), ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Ensure proper management of omnichannel operations, including adherence to required procedures and deadlines.
Enforce internal procedures, company labor codes, and sales regulations with support from HQ.
Monitor store safety, including the proper use of security tools like video surveillance.
Supervise administrative and accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting to Headquarters.
Maintain the store’s image according to company standards, ensuring cleanliness, order, and visual alignment.
Optimize warehouse management, merchandise rotation, and storage to maximize sales efficiency.
Oversee inventory management (partial or annual), ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Ensure proper management of omnichannel operations, including adherence to required procedures and deadlines.

Have 5+ years of experience as a Store Manager with demonstrated leadership and management skills, ideally within a premium or luxury brand. Menswear knowledge is a plus.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing); additional language skills are a plus.
Knowledgeable with omnichannel retail strategies and delivering seamless customer experiences.
Effective team management skills, ability to delegate responsibilities effectively, and strong organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer centric mindset to maintain high levels of satisfaction and brand reputation
Ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
Optimistic and resilient to foster a positive work environment
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to lift 35 lbs. + and stand for long periods of time
Flexibility to work weekends, peak seasons and holidays
Expected travel internationally and domestically
In compliance with New York State and New York City pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $80,000 – $90,000 annually, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
