→Revocable and irrevocable trusts
→Trust and estate administration
→Wills and related estate planning documents
→Powers of attorney and healthcare directives
→Advise clients on wealth transfer strategies, asset protection, and legacy planning
→Collaborate with clients’ financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
→Assist with trust administration and post-death matters, as needed
→Stay current on federal and state estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws
