As a Junior Operations Manager (f/m/x) for France, you will work from Berlin and focus on customer care by publishing retailer content on our platforms. Within a team of 6 members, you will actively work on publishing the right content, in the right location, and with the right parameters for our customers. Your main stakeholder will be the Sales team in Paris, but you will also cooperate with the Traffic Management and the Product teams in Berlin. You will report to Mathilde, our Team Lead Operations (France), who encourages a culture of independence and mutual trust, encouraging you to proactively reach out for help as needed or discuss any questions during the weekly meetings.

Manage content and brochure publications for your assigned customer portfolio

Ensure the online content we publish meets high-quality standards

Regularly communicate with our customers via email or calls

Collaborate closely with other teams, including Campaign, Sales, Product, and IT

Contribute to process, workflow and documentation improvements with your input
Your French skills are excellent (C2 level, including perfect spelling), and you are fluent in English
You have a natural service-oriented mindset and you are comfortable communicating on the phone and by email
You work autonomously, independently, and you pay attention to every detail
You have experience in using MS Office and CMS; experience with Jira and Salesforce is a plus
You are a true team player and you are planning to live in Berlin long-term
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
