The Opportunity
Boost Home Healthcare is a Medicare-certified, ACHC-accredited agency in Brookline. We are looking for one exceptional SLP to join our ground-floor team. If you want supplemental income without the red tape of a large corporation, this role is built for you.

Work where you want: Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Needham, Wellesley, Quincy, and Milton.

Why Boost?
  • True Flexibility: No quotas. Tell us your availability; we match the visits.
  • Direct Access: Work directly with our Director of Nursing, not layers of management.
  • Transparent Pay: Published per-visit rates ($90–$110) plus travel reimbursement.
  • Clinical Integrity: Solid infrastructure with a small-team, "ground floor" feel.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Conduct initial speech-language evaluations and develop individualized plans of care under physician orders
  • Provide skilled SLP services addressing speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in the home setting
  • Select, administer, and interpret appropriate evaluation tools; modify treatment as patient needs evolve
  • Reassess patient progress at appropriate intervals and update plans of care
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time in compliance with Medicare and ACHC standards; consult with physicians regarding changes in treatment
What we’re looking for:
  • Active Massachusetts SLP license in good standing
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • 1+ year of home health or acute care experience preferred; strong candidates with medical SLP backgrounds considered
  • Familiarity with dysphagia management and cognitive-communication disorders in a post-acute population
  • Reliable transportation, valid MA driver's license, and current auto insurance
  • Available for at least 2–4 visits per week (flexible on timing)
