Designed for fresh graduates and early career talents, this program offers hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and comprehensive product training — all while making a meaningful impact on patient care. Key Responsibilities: * Understand market trends, customer behaviors and needs, and the competitor landscape * Conduct fieldwork, interviews, and other research as necessary to generate insights * Identify opportunities and potential for growth and expansion * Participate in sales calls, customer meetings, and product demonstrations * Manage existing customers and achieve sales targets of assigned territories * Under supervision, plan and develop the market to acquire new customers * Assist with sales reporting and related activities What We Offer: * A structured learning experience in a world-class medical technology company * An assigned mentor to provide ongoing mentorship and coaching * On-the-job as well as classroom products and other essential trainings to build technical competency and soft skills * A monthly stipend throughout the program and bonus, subject to good performance * Opportunities for full-time employment at the end of the program, subject to business needs and performance Qualifications: * Fresh graduates or up to 2 years post-graduates who are pursuing or have pursued degrees in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Biomedical, or other Life Sciences disciplines.
