Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst 

Summary 

Manages high-volume or complex accounts, handles escalated disputes, and ensures compliance with credit policies while liaising with sales and operations. The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst will work within the accounting team to manage the efficient, timely and accurate payment of receivable balances from customers.  This role will reside with the accounting team in India, but it will support the accounting teams in the US and the UK. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Demonstrated mastery of Senior AR Associate – Collections
• Demonstrated mastery in E2E (email to email) and V2V (voice to voice) collection.
• Manage complex accounts and high-volume collections.
• Handle escalated disputes andnegotiatepayment plans. 
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and SOX controls.
• Liaise with sales and operations for issue resolution.

Required Skills 

• Deep knowledge of AR processes and customer contracts.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage priorities under pressure.

KPIs 

• Dispute resolution time.
• Compliance adherence.
• Collection success rate.
