Property Manager (HUD & Market Rate Apartment Community)

• →Lead daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and vendor coordination
• →Coach and support the office and maintenance teams while building a positive, accountable workplace
• →Maintain compliance with HUD and other applicable affordable housing requirements
• →Oversee certifications, recertifications, resident files, audits, and property inspections
• →Monitor occupancy, rent collections, expenses, work orders, and unit turns
• →Respond to resident concerns fairly, professionally, and consistently
• →Review property performance and partner with leadership to address challenges and identify improvements

• At least two years of property management experience
• Experience leading an on-site property team
• Affordable housing experience, including HUD, Section 8, or LIHTC required
• Working knowledge of property financials, budgets, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Yardi or a similar property management system is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
