About the Role

Brandlive builds enterprise video products that power how the world's largest organizations communicate at scale from live town halls and broadcast events to on-demand media libraries and AI-assisted content generation. Our products are used by global enterprises to run internal communications that feel less like a conference call and more like a broadcast network.

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our India product team and own design across one or more of our core product areas. You'll work directly with the Product Manager and a fast-moving engineering team, taking features from discovery through final delivery across complex, multi-role enterprise products.

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role and your work ships directly to enterprise customers at some of the world's largest organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own UX and UI designs for product features from discovery through final delivery - flows, wireframes, UI, interaction and experience.
  • Collaborate with PM and engineers to define scope, iterate quickly, and ship usable improvements.
  • Create clickable prototypes and validate concepts with internal stakeholders and users.
  • Maintain and evolve design patterns to ensure consistency across Brandlive product surfaces.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Maintain and add component libraries in Figma, ensuring consistency across a fast-growing surface area
  • Co-lead delivery, proactively flag scope risks, identify design gaps, and drive decisions within the domain.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 4–5 years as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
  • Design Tools: Expert proficiency with Figma; ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.
  • AI / Prototyping: Ability to leverage modern design tools and rapid prototyping workflows to iterate quickly.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrated experience designing for SaaS, video, or media platforms.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills across product, engineering, and QA teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong product thinking; ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear user flows and intuitive UI.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating 2+ shipped products or major features.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing producer/broadcast tools or complex dashboards.
  • Knowledge of video streaming, live broadcast, or media production workflows.
  • Experience with multi-role, permission-based UX (producer/presenter/attendee models).
  • Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Design thinking and user research facilitation skills.
