We are actively searching for a New York Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal that has a wealth of experience in both pre-litigation and litigation phases. • →Update the Treatment Tracker along with Legal Assistant.
• →Making sure the 45-Day No Client Contact Report is up to date along with the legal assistant.
• →Draft all Pleadings.
• →Save all electronic filed documents to Litify.
• →Update the Litify Counsel tab when an answer is received.
• →Draft and respond to discovery demands and Bill of Particulars.
• →Enter all discovery dates into Litify – monitor to ensure Note of Issue date is accurate and updated.
• →Obtain all bills, add all into Litify.
• →Health lien requests.
• →Handle incoming calls along with Legal Assistant.
• →Handle all requests for more specific responses to Discovery Demands.
• →Draft Motions under the direction of your attorney.
• →Draft the skeleton of Oppositions and Replies - under the direction of your attorney.
• →Obtain all documents and handle scheduling for Infant Compromise Hearing.
• →Draft UM Approval Letters and UM Submissions to AAA.
• →Schedule depositions, confirm depositions and order a court reporter.

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
• Proficiency in legal software such as Litify, eCourts, and legal databases.
• Excellent written communication skills.

• Effective time management abilities.
