About the Role
~1 min readAs a Service Technician or Field Service Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers operating by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural and construction equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing agricultural and construction equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and scheduled servicing.
- Conducting equipment inspections and recommending maintenance solutions.
- Using advanced diagnostic tools and technology to identify faults.
- Completing work orders and service documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing new and used equipment for customer delivery.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.
- Travelling to customer sites to provide field service support when required.
- Participating in ongoing product and technical training.
- Mechanical Trade Qualification, Heavy Diesel Qualification, Heavy Equipment Qualification, or currently completing an apprenticeship in one of these trades.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Experience working on agricultural machinery, construction equipment, heavy equipment, or diesel engines.
- A commitment to high-quality workmanship and safe work practices.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A desire to continue learning and developing your technical skills.
