Warehouse Person

Our Ballarat branch is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Person to join our Parts team. As a Warehouse Person, you'll support the day-to-day operation of our Parts Department, ensuring stock is received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

• Picking and packing parts and preparing orders for dispatch

• Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming stock

• Locating and storing inventory in the correct warehouse locations

• Accurately recording stock movements within our inventory system

• Loading and unloading trucks and deliveries

• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely

• Inspecting outgoing shipments and ensuring orders are prepared correctly

• Completing stock counts and assisting with inventory control

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse

• Working closely with the Parts team to ensure stock is available when required

You’ll be reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment as part of a team.

• Previous warehouse, stores, logistics, parts, or inventory experience is advantageous

• Forklift experience and/or licence is highly regarded

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Physically capable of safely handling parts and goods

• Comfortable working independently when required

• Basic computer skills and confidence learning inventory systems

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Experience within agriculture, automotive, construction, or heavy equipment is advantageous but not essential
