Responsibilities

Braze is looking to hire a Solutions Consultant to join our team of technical storytellers. 

This customer-facing role is an opportunity to bring your technical work background, creativity, and passion for storytelling to the exciting world of pre-sales Solutions Consulting / Sales Engineering. You will build knowledge of the technical pre-sales world, and learn about B2C engagement marketing, mobile marketing automation, APIs, analytics, and more.

This role will require some travel to client locations, at most 30% at peak times, once the business world resumes traveling.

  • You have domain knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics or Programming (even just HTML).
  • You have at least 2 years of career work experience. Specific experience in pre-sales Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering is not required, but is helpful.
  • Language Proficiency: Business-level Japanese and conversational English are required.
