Join us as a Software Engineer (Golang) and become part of our growing engineering team. You will work on high-performance, production-grade systems that power real-world applications, while contributing to scalable architecture, robust engineering practices, and solutions that deliver meaningful value to our customers.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain reliable backend services using Go.
Build scalable APIs and services for high-volume, production-grade applications.
Contribute to system design, technical decisions, and architectural improvements.
Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-tested code.
Work with databases, caching systems, messaging platforms, and external services.
Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Investigate and resolve production issues through effective logging, monitoring, and debugging.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
Collaborate with other development teams and business units to deliver integrated solutions.
Work closely with Product, QA, Platform, DevOps, and SRE teams.
Identify technical debt and contribute to its prioritisation and resolution.
Create and maintain technical documentation for services and processes.
Continuously learn and share knowledge with other members of the engineering team

2-4 Years of professional experience developing backend applications and services.
Strong proficiency in Go/Golang.
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Experience designing and building RESTful APIs or other service interfaces.
Good understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
Understanding of caching technologies such as Redis.
Familiarity with messaging and event-driven systems such as Kafka.
Experience writing unit tests and integration tests.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and modern software development workflows.
Understanding of monitoring and observability tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, or similar.

Prior experience in a high-scale SaaS or B2B email/marketing technology
Familiarity with AI tools and coding agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development workflows); strong integration of these tools into daily workflow is a plus.
