This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting geothermal data to support the development, optimization, and operation of geothermal energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and analytics, along with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

  • Collect, manage, and analyze data from various sources, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project design assignments and collaborate with engineering team.
  • Assist in developing technical content and presentation materials for client meetings, submittals, and conferences.
  • Assist innovation priorities with Stockholm, SE office, and development initiatives to continuously improve the geothermal development process and technical internal/external communications.
  • Assist Sr. Geothermal Analyst with utility and state incentive applications and relationships for New York and the greater Northeast region.
  • Understand key building systems and renewable energy space.
  • Personal & professional interest in furthering a clean energy future.
  • Coordination with team on, outreach, events, and other Geothermal priorities.
  • Prepare, organize, document, and distribute meeting notes.
  • Maintain Geothermal assignments and tasks in Procore and Monday.com.
  • Perform engineering calculations, develop technical specifications and assist in the development of engineering project deliverables.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
  • 1+ years of experience in data analysis, team organization, and/or renewable energy preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Monday.com and Procore.
  • AutoDesk CAD and Revit skills preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

An Employee is expected to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws, while exempt employees may be required to work additional hours as necessary to fulfill their job responsibilities. Overtime requirements will be determined based on the operational needs of the organization. The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining an employee’s base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity). Brightcore also offers a comprehensive set of benefits to compliment the base salary. The base annual salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 and is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.
