Senior Full Stack Engineer

Senior Fullstack Engineers at Brighte design, develop, test, and maintain software across the full stack from polished React interfaces to robust Node.js microservices.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to ship meaningful user-facing experiences, contribute to our microservices architecture, and help raise the engineering bar across the team.

• →Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across our React frontend and Node.js backend services
• →Architect and evolve microservices with a focus on reliability, scalability, and developer experience
• →Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, agents, intelligent tooling) into product features and internal workflows
• →Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
• →Contribute to technical roadmap discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices
• →Mentor mid-level engineers and help raise the bar across the team

• You have a solid amount of professional experience as a fullstack engineer
• Strong proficiency in Node.js (REST APIs, async patterns, performance tuning)
•  Deep experience with React (hooks, state management, component architecture
• Hands-on experience building and operating microservices in production
• Solid understanding of API design, database modelling, and distributed systems
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, security and compliance
• Experience in the AI space — building on LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), RAG pipelines, or AI agents. You've used AI to fundamentally change how you work, not as a novelty, but as your default operating mode - this is essential to your success in this role.
