Platform Implementation Consultant

We’re looking for a hands-on Platform Implementation Consultant to help build, configure, and optimize the Brightidea platform for our clients.

This is a technical, execution-focused role—ideal for someone who enjoys working directly in tools, solving problems quickly, and making systems run smoothly. You’ll partner closely with our Innovation Consultants, taking on the platform work so they can focus on client strategy.

This role is critical to how we scale. You’ll be the person who keeps implementations moving, solves problems in real time, and helps our team deliver great outcomes for clients.

• →Configure and maintain Brightidea environments (workflows, forms, system setup)
• →Troubleshoot issues and implement fast, practical solutions
• →Perform QA and testing to ensure high-quality delivery
• →Support API integrations and data flows between systems
• →Handle front-end adjustments (formatting, layouts, content cleanup)
• →Document solutions and create simple client trainings
• →Partner with consultants across multiple client projects

• 3 - 5 years of experience in SaaS, technical support, or implementation roles
• The ability and desire to improve process with AI
• Comfortable with web basics (HTML, CSS, light JavaScript)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a “figure it out” mindset
• Experience working with APIs or integrations (preferred)
• Detail-oriented with solid QA/testing instincts
• Able to manage multiple tasks and move quickly
• Exposure to SaaS implementations or platform configuration
• Experience documenting processes or creating internal guides
• Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
