We inspire. ### Teaching Operations Coordinator The British Council is seeking a Teaching Operations Coordinator to support the effective delivery of teaching operations at a country or location level. The role ensures smooth day-to-day administration, operational continuity, and delivery readiness, working closely under the guidance of the Teaching Operations Manager. The Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining high-quality service delivery by managing administrative processes, supporting class scheduling and logistics, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies, including safeguarding and data protection. Acting as a central point of coordination, the role liaises with teaching staff and operational teams to ensure clear communication and efficient delivery of services. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinating administrative and operational processes to support teaching delivery * Ensuring student registration and customer service activities meet corporate standards * Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting and documentation requirements * Providing logistical support for classes, events, and teaching activities * Managing customer enquiries and supporting issue resolution * Identifying and escalating risks that may impact service delivery or customer experience * Supporting compliance with safeguarding, financial, and data protection requirements * Monitoring resources and ensuring materials and equipment are available * Coordinating tasks with internal colleagues and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery Required Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Strong document organisation skills * Highly organised with excellent time management abilities * Attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment * Proven experience working in a customer-focused environmentFurther Information: • Must have the right to live and work in Romania • Salary: 6 500 gross monthly • Contract: 2 years fixed term contract • Location: Bucharest, Romania • Closing Date: June 23, 2026, 23:59 CET A connected and trusted UK in a more connected and trusted world.
