Do you have experience in flooring, tile, countertops, or construction and enjoy balancing technical problem-solving with customer communication? - Coordinate resolutions and help guide projects toward successful outcomes.
- Balance technical assessments with professional customer service and conflict resolution.
- Construction industry experience, ideally in flooring, tile, countertops, remodeling, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess situations objectively.
- Clear customer communication skills with homeowners, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized across multiple claims.
- A valid driver’s license and comfort traveling to local job sites as needed.
