CNC Operator

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our growing countertop fabrication team. This position is responsible for operating CNC machinery to fabricate granite, quartz, marble, and other stone countertops according to production specifications. The ideal candidate has experience with CNC equipment, manufacturing processes, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

• →Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines used in countertop fabrication
• →Load stone slabs and verify material specifications
• →Read and interpret shop drawings, CAD files, and work orders
• →Program, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC equipment as needed
• →Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and finished product standards
• →Measure and verify dimensions using precision measuring tools
• →Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning
• →Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
• →Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• →Work closely with production, fabrication, and installation teams to meet deadlines

• Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred
• Experience in stone, countertop, woodworking, cabinetry, manufacturing, or fabrication environments is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and production specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with CNC programming software is preferred
• Ability to use measuring tools accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to safely work around machinery and stone materials
