  • Build on and evolve Brooklinen’s creative platform and brand expression in close partnership with the CMO — ensuring the brand remains culturally relevant, creatively differentiated, and commercially impactful.
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team across Art Direction, Design, Copy, Content and Organic Social, fostering a highly collaborative, creatively ambitious, and experimentation-driven environment.
  • Champion a social-first creative approach, developing ideas designed to travel fluidly across TikTok, Instagram, Paid/Organic Social, Influencer, CTV, Email, Retail, and IRL experiences — not simply adapting traditional campaigns into social formats.
  • Drive innovative creative development from concept through execution, ensuring ideas are strategically and consumer grounded, culturally resonant, visually compelling, and performance-minded.
  • Push Brooklinen’s storytelling and content ecosystem forward through AI, emerging formats, creators, partnerships, trends, and platform behaviors — with a strong understanding of how consumers engage with brands today.
  • Lead the development of breakthrough campaigns and social-native storytelling that connect Brand to Product and increase product consideration, engagement, and brand affinity.
  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Growth, Retention, Merchandising, Product Design, and E-commerce teams to ensure creative is aligned to both business priorities and customer insights.
  • Lead and manage Ecommerce photography and creative experience on site.
  • Work closely with the Director of Brand Operations to prioritize initiatives, manage workflows, and optimize team resourcing in a fast-moving environment.
  • Build a culture of creative experimentation and learning — leveraging testing, audience insights, platform analytics, and performance data to continuously improve creative effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistency and evolution of Brooklinen’s visual identity, voice, and tone across all customer touchpoints while continuing to push the brand into new and unexpected territory.
  • Stay deeply connected to trends across interiors, fashion, design, media, technology, social platforms, and culture at large — bringing fresh perspective and inspiration into the organization.
  • Actively mentor and develop creative talent, fostering growth, curiosity, collaboration, and strong creative standards across the team.
  • 14+ years of experience in Creative Direction, Brand Design, Content, Video, and Campaign Development across digital, social, and physical experiences.
  • Significant in-house omnichannel retail and ecommerce experience; DTC experience strongly preferred.
  • A strong social-first creative sensibility and deep understanding of how brands build relevance and engagement in today’s media landscape.
  • Proven experience developing culturally resonant campaigns, creator-led content, and innovative storytelling that drive both brand and performance outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of creative effectiveness, performance metrics, testing, and optimization — with the ability to balance brand-building with business impact.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional taste, original thinking, and the ability to evolve brands in modern, differentiated ways.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing creative teams with a collaborative, inspiring, and low-ego leadership style.
  • A progressive, forward-thinking approach to creative development — someone who embraces experimentation, moves quickly, and isn’t afraid to challenge convention.
  • Exceptional cross-functional partnership skills and a solutions-oriented mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity and building new processes when needed.
  • Passion for interiors, design, home, fashion, culture, and the evolving intersection of lifestyle and commerce.
