CPJ Saint Lucia Ltd., a leading distributor of wines, spirits, food, beverage, and fast-moving consumer goods, is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our Warehouse & Logistics team in the position of Warehouse Delivery Driver.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, timely, and professional delivery of goods from the warehouse to customer locations across Saint Lucia. The role ensures that deliveries are completed accurately, vehicles are operated safely, and all documentation, customer service, and compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Deliver goods safely and efficiently according to the assigned route and delivery schedule.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report defects or safety concerns immediately.
• Verify all items loaded against invoices, delivery orders, and product details before departure.
• Ensure goods are secured, handled carefully, and delivered in acceptable condition.
• Follow all Saint Lucia road traffic laws, company driving rules, and route instructions.
• Maintain professional conduct and customer service standards at all delivery locations.
• Offload goods using safe manual handling practices and equipment where required.
• Obtain customer signatures, stamps, and confirmation on delivery documents.
• Record and report shortages, damages, refusals, incomplete deliveries, and complaints.
• Handle customer returns and credits only when authorized and complete the required returns documentation.
• Collect, safeguard, and submit cash payments on the same day where applicable.
• Return all signed documents, delivery notes, route sheets, cash collections, and incident reports at the end of the shift
• Keep the vehicle clean, secure, and roadworthy at all times.
  

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Valid Saint Lucia Driver’s License for the appropriate vehicle class.
• Valid vehicle fitness certificate 
  
• Up-to-date medical fitness certificate, where applicable.
• Good knowledge of road safety, delivery procedures, and customer service standards.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage delivery documentation accurately.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move goods safely.
