We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support the CEO while coordinating operations across multiple companies. This role also includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of a startup and contributing to the development of internal systems and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination, ensuring alignment across teams and supporting efficient execution of priorities at both executive and operational levels. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and schedules Coordinate internal and external communications Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents Follow up on action items and ensure execution across teams Cross-Company Coordination: Coordinate administrative tasks across multiple entities Organize meetings and ensure effective communication between stakeholders Manage documentation, correspondence, and administrative workflows Startup Operations: Oversee daily operational activities of the startup Monitor team progress and ensure timely completion of tasks Prepare routine operational reports for management Assist in developing and implementing internal processes and procedures Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) 3–6 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Operations, or Administrative roles Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is an advantage Experience in startup environments is preferred Requirements Skills & Competencies: Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative Strong attention to detail Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively High ownership and accountability Benefits Direct exposure to executive leadership Opportunity to play a key role in business operations Dynamic and professional work environment Career growth and development opportunities
