Bucketlist Rewards is looking for a Redemption Coordinator to join our team for the holiday season. Our redemption volume picks up in the final months of the year, and we need someone organized and resourceful to help us make sure every reward gets to the right person on time. If you like solving problems, learning new tools quickly, and working in a team that loves to experiment, this is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in order fulfillment, including purchasing rewards, troubleshooting technical and vendor issues, record keeping, and ongoing customer support
  • Sourcing client rewards from around the world to build out strong marketplaces
  • Maintaining and updating existing client rewards in our database
  • Work closely with Support to respond to issues with rewards
  • Support our Finance team with managing and maintaining our clients rewards budgets
  • Monitor marketplace items and experiences to ensure they are accurate and up to date
  • Support the Customer Success team with additional administrative needs


Required Skills for Success:

  • Customer service, retail, or e-commerce experience, especially in a virtual setting
  • A resourceful, curious approach when issues need investigating
  • Comfort picking up new software quickly
  • Clear, friendly written and verbal communication
  • Strong organization and the ability to juggle several things at once
  • Experience working remotely as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a closely-knit team


Contract Details

  • Fixed-term contract from October to January 31, 2027
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Fully remote, open to candidates living and able to work in Canada
  • Company laptop provided for the length of the contract
  • $23 - $25 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay
