PURPOSE
Driving change throughout Builders FirstSource locations via ERP and technology strategies is key in our ability to continue to service our customers in the future. We are looking for individuals who want to be a part of this significant shift for our company. This role will be key in that change as we move from older, outdated ERP’s to one systematic platform.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead deployment and execution of SAP business processes across one or more functional domains (OTC, Transportation, STP, Warehouse, Production)
Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex process issues
Validate business readiness and ensure alignment between design and execution
Identify and mitigate risks to successful process adoption
Lead onsite and/or remote support during go-live and deployment activities
Coordinate field support efforts and guide Analyst-level resources
Ensure consistent execution across sites and adherence to deployment standards
Act as primary point of contact for site leadership during deployments
Lead Hypercare activities, including issue prioritization, escalation, and resolution tracking
Distinguish between systemic vs. site-specific issues and drive appropriate actions
Define and assess readiness for Hypercare exit based on adoption and stability metrics
Coordinate with IT, deployment hub, and SI partners for issue resolution
Drive user adoption strategies and ensure consistent process execution
Coach users and site leaders on SAP processes and behavior change
Identify adoption risks and implement targeted interventions
Monitor and interpret adoption metrics to guide decision-making
Ensure lessons learned are captured and integrated into future waves
Lead post-go-live reviews and identify systemic improvement opportunities
Drive incorporation of lessons learned into future deployment waves
Identify trends and recommend process or deployment enhancements
Collaborate with Deployment Hub, IT, SI partners, and business stakeholders
Resolve conflicts or ambiguity related to process ownership and execution
Ensure alignment and communication across all stakeholders
Drive accountability for execution outcomes

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
7+ years relevant work experience.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Understanding of ERP systems and how they integrate with business processes.
