Responsibilities

  • Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform interior and exterior trim carpentry.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and installation instructions.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools (saws, drills, routers, sanders, etc.).
  • Load/unload materials and prepare job sites.
  • Complete installation paperwork and job documentation.
  • Provide professional, customer-facing service.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
  • 1–3+ years of carpentry or window/door installation experience (preferred).
  • Strong trim carpentry and finish skills (preferred).
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions (preferred).
  • Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
  • Commitment to safety (pass a pre-employment physical and drug test).
  • Perform heavy physical demands, lift up to 100lbs occasionally, frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting, work performed in varied indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Professional attitude and team mindset.
