Responsibilities

→Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications.
→Perform interior and exterior trim carpentry.
→Read and interpret blueprints and installation instructions.
→Safely operate hand and power tools (saws, drills, routers, sanders, etc.).
→Load/unload materials and prepare job sites.
→Complete installation paperwork and job documentation.
→Provide professional, customer-facing service.
→Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

1–3+ years of carpentry or window/door installation experience (preferred).
Strong trim carpentry and finish skills (preferred).
Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions (preferred).
Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Commitment to safety (pass a pre-employment physical and drug test).
Perform heavy physical demands, lift up to 100lbs occasionally, frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting, work performed in varied indoor and outdoor environments.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Professional attitude and team mindset.
