The enterprise deploys web and mobile technologies that help small businesses start, run, and grow their businesses. The company’s flagship product is a simple financial record-keeping application that enables small business owners easily keep and manage their financial data for quick data-driven decision-making and also to access a curation of financial services that suit their size and needs.

We are a fast-growing company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

→Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
→Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance existing products.
→Work closely with engineering, design, and UX teams to define product requirements and oversee development, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
→Act as a bridge between business, technical, and customer teams to align priorities and expectations.
→Use analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and optimize features.
→Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective launch plans, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
→Ensure a seamless user experience by working with customer support teams to address feedback and improve product usability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
3+ years in product management, preferably in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, payment services, and bank.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and UX/UI principles.
Strong ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
