About the Role
~1 min readAs Head of Growth – Investing & Wealth, you will own the growth strategy for our client's investing products.
You will be responsible for attracting, activating and retaining investing and wealth clients across key markets. This includes defining the go-to-market strategy, building growth channels, improving the customer journey and working closely with Product, Marketing, Business Development and Compliance.
This is a hands-on cross-departmental leadership role for someone who understands retail investing, digital brokerage and growth in a regulated fintech environment.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Help build one of our client's most important strategic growth initiatives as the company expands from trading into long-term investing and wealth-building solutions.
- →Own the commercial growth strategy and client growth roadmap for our client's investing business, with responsibility for acquisition, activation, retention, assets under administration and long-term client value.
- →Define target audiences, positioning and go-to-market plans.
- →Drive client acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation.
- →Drive growth in funded accounts, invested balances, assets under administration (AUA) and long-term client engagement.
- →Build and scale growth channels across paid media, partnerships, affiliates, lifecycle marketing and referrals.
- →Work with Product to improve onboarding, funding, first investment conversion and ongoing engagement.
- →Identify new commercial opportunities, partnerships and market segments.
- →Track and improve key growth metrics, including funded accounts, active investors, invested balances, CAC, LTV and retention.
- →Work with regional teams to localise growth plans for priority markets.
- →Ensure all growth activity is compliant, clear and aligned with our client's standards.
- →Build and lead a high-performing growth function as the investing business scales.
- 5+ years of experience in growth, commercial strategy, performance marketing, product growth or business development.
- Proven experience scaling a digital financial product, investing platform, consumer app or marketplace business through periods of rapid growth.
- Experience in investing, brokerage, wealthtech, fintech, gaming, betting or other highly competitive customer acquisition environments is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of retail investing.
- Proven track record of scaling digital financial products.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with growth KPIs.
- Experience managing acquisition funnels, campaigns, partnerships and lifecycle initiatives.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Compliance, BI and regional teams.
- Commercial mindset with strong ownership and execution.
- Clear communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
