Project Manager (Airport Experience)

Project Planner Role Summary: A Project Planner is responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. They support project teams by identifying critical paths, forecasting delays, and maintaining efficient resource allocation. Key Responsibilities: Schedule Development: Prepare detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software. Progress Monitoring: Track project performance, identify variances, and update schedules accordingly. Critical Path & Delay Analysis: Analyze the impact of changes or delays and propose mitigation strategies. Reporting: Generate weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules for management and stakeholders. Coordination: Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather input and align schedules. Resource Planning: Assist in manpower and equipment planning to optimize resource utilization. Requirements Experience Requirements: Experience in planning and scheduling for construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning tools. Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and baseline control.
