Are you someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? At Butterfly Effects, we are looking for a Regional Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational needs of our South Florida region. This role is critical in creating the structure and support that allows our BCBAs and clinical leaders to stay focused on what matters most, delivering high-quality care to the families we serve.
You will be the operational backbone of the region, ensuring schedules are aligned, credentials are up to date, and technicians are progressing through training efficiently. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to make a meaningful impact, this role is for you.
What Would You Be Doing?
- Coordinate and support scheduling needs across the region to ensure alignment between client services and staff availability
- Track staff credentialing and re-credentialing requirements, ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory standards
- Monitor and submit authorizations, partnering with clinical and administrative teams to avoid gaps in service
- Track technicians in training, ensuring timely progression through onboarding and training milestones
- Monitor technician hours to ensure they are meeting required thresholds and staying on track for certification and readiness
- Partner closely with BCBAs and regional leaders to reduce administrative burden and improve operational efficiency
- Provide general operational and administrative support, helping to streamline processes and maintain organization across the region
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and proactively recommend improvements

Compensation
- $24.00 per hour
What Do You Bring to the Role?
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling, credentialing, authorizations, or administrative coordination preferred
- Comfortable working with data, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate records
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Experience in healthcare, ABA, or a multi-site service environment is a plus
