QA Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to design and execute comprehensive test strategies, identify and document defects, and collaborate closely with our development team to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. • Review and understand user requirements to ensure that requirements are testable. Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts on multiple projects of varying size.
• Assess functionality, performance, reliability, and stability of the system through manual or automated testing.
• Validate that user expectations are achieved during the test process and verify that the finished configuration can support the user’s business process.
• Interact with our database and source code when applicable/needed.
• Collaborate closely with developers on testing results and issues found.

• 3+ years’ experience performing manual/automated QA testing.
• 3+ years’ experience working closely with a software development team.
• Experience working with relational databases (MySQL preferred)
• Solid understanding of business processes, needs, and perspectives.
• Meticulous approach to work with an aptitude for solving problems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with Jira is a plus
