What We Offer

✓Ensure review of all inquiries for intake to organization’s total care category.

✓Implement and monitor compliance with organization policies and procedures related to clinical services.

✓Oversee activity and documentation related to patient’s initial plan of care to ensure compliance with organization procedures.

✓Oversee supervision of intake/admission personnel, completing written competencies, performance evaluations and skills checklist in accordance with organization policy, accreditation, and regulatory standards.

Minimum of two years of management experience in a home health/ hospice setting within the past five years.
Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred, within the past seven years.
Five years experience as a professional nurse from an accredited School of Nursing

Current license as a registered professional nurse in the State of California.

Pay Range:
$110K - $130K annually
