Position Summary
Caya Integrated Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care through assessments, diagnosis, and treatment in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient evaluations, including medical history and physical exams
Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans
Prescribe medications and educate patients on proper use
Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
Collaborate with physicians, psychiatric providers, and clinical staff
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Provide patient-centered care with a strong focus on outcomes

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Active Florida PA license
NCCPA certification required
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently within scope
Excellent communication and patient rapport

Work Environment

Outpatient clinical setting
Team-oriented and fast-paced
Focus on quality care over volume

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
