Carpenter

• →Assist in the installation of sheeting materials, including subfloors, wall sheeting, and roofing sheeting using various materials
• →Assist in the assembly of doors, windows, trim, and millwork, including the hardware and painting
• →Gather material needed for assembly of units, Installation of small finishing items
• →Pre-assembly of components, read and interpret blueprints
• →Use hand and power tools safely 
• →Other duties as assigned

• 4+ years experience working as a carpenter on residential and commercial projects
• A team player and a safe worker, who can safely handle materials and operate hand and power tools 
• Experience with exterior finishing, framing, cladding and siding preferred
• Previous experience with the assembly of modular units is considered an asset
• Ability to lift 55lbs unassisted and 35lbs overhead
• Capability to stand, crouch and kneel for long periods of time Capability to stand, crouch and kneel for long periods of time
