You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and successful implementation of complex technology solutions, serving as a trusted expert who drives high-impact projects and collaborates across disciplines. This senior-level position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. You will focus on aligning business goals, user needs, and strategic solution delivery to take our company and our clients to the next level.

Our delivery work focuses on technical solutions delivery tailored to meet the unique scaling needs of our clients. This includes: 

  • Platform Configuration: Configure and implement solutions on Platforms like Salesforce to ensure business needs are met.
  • Custom Embedded Solutions: Development within Enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and others leveraging tools like Apex and Lightning Web Components to create scalable solutions.
  • Custom Point Solutions: Software development to build solutions tied to specific business needs. These solutions can be deployed as part of a software suite or as a standalone solution.
  • Integration Solutions: Configure and develop System integrations that allow for optimal data integrity across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Agile Process Optimization: Lead and refine agile processes and ceremonies, ensuring incremental, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Solution Architecture & Strategy: Analyze complex requirements to translate them into scalable and innovative approaches for delivery. 
  • Strategic Program Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex consulting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Manage a multidisciplinary team of consultants, project managers, and developers while fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  • Client Account Leadership: Serve as the primary senior point of contact, building deep, trusted relationships and owning the account strategy to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Technical Governance: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, conducting code reviews and defining technical standards and best practices.
  • Project & Portfolio Oversight: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets while proactively identifying risks and mitigating obstacles.
  • Business Development Collaboration: Work closely with sales and leadership to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and strategic growth.
  • Quality & Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards while validating that solutions meet all functional and business requirements.

Requirements

  • Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology consulting with a track record of successful project delivery and team management.
  • Leadership & Management Mastery: 3+ years of experience managing and leading teams with direct accountability for project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Deep Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the typical enterprise tech ecosystem and its capabilities with the ability to define solutions that meet their needs.
  • Strategic Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present technical concepts to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
  • Platform Proficiency: Experience with a variety of products including Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud), HubSpot, CPQ, Zendesk, and integration tools.
  • Agile & Methodology Expertise: Extensive experience working in and leading teams within an Agile development environment.
  • Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to design efficient solutions for complex business and human challenges.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Administrator, or Developer are highly desirable.
