  • Provide senior‑level technical, financial, and analytical expertise supporting DBO and A&S strategic and operational priorities.

  • Develop and deliver high‑quality written products, briefings, and presentations for senior government officials, congressional staff, and other high‑level audiences.

  • Maintain deep understanding of DBO and A&S organizational structures, mission priorities, systems, and processes.

  • Respond effectively to dynamic, high‑tempo headquarters operations and shifting mission requirements.

  • Designate and oversee an alternate Project Lead to ensure continuous leadership coverage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting OSD, OUSD, or Military Department Headquarters.
