We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-informed financial decision-making. This role bridges performance data, financial insights, and strategic initiatives to enhance both on-track competitiveness and off-track profitability.

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for financial reporting (P&L, cash flow, KPIs) with clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Build and optimise scalable data models using DAX and Power Query
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimisation with data-driven insights
• Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency across financial datasets and source systems
• Integrate multiple data sources into unified, high-performance reporting models
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging new Power BI features, automation, and advanced analytics
• Support AI-driven reporting, including forecasting and anomaly detection, in collaboration with data science teams
• Own BI roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Communicate insights effectively to both finance and non-technical stakeholders
