An exciting leadership opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join Calvary Mater Newcastle as the Operations Manager General Medicine, Cardiology & Palliative Care Services.

Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing and Clinical Services, this senior leadership role is responsible for the operational management, strategic direction, and service delivery of General Medicine, Cardiology and Palliative Care Services. The successful candidate will provide strong clinical and operational leadership across multidisciplinary teams while ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care that aligns with Calvary's mission, values, and strategic priorities.

This position offers the opportunity to influence service development, lead workforce initiatives, drive quality improvement, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services for our community.
