Travelling Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse & Clinical Care Coordinator

Join Calvary’s Travelling Workforce Program and take the opportunity to work at St Catherine’s in a short-term placement. We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Clinical Care Coordinators for upcoming opportunities in 2026–2027.

With accommodation, travel and a Living Away from Home Allowance provided, the Travelling Workforce Program supports you to experience a new location while continuing to make a meaningful difference to the people in our care.

• Registered Nurse x 2 positions: Full-time, 4–5 weeks from early January 2027
• Enrolled Nurse x 1 position: 12 weeks from mid-February 2027, covering maternity leave
• Clinical Care Coordinator x 1 position: 14 December 2026 – 15 January 2027

Calvary St Catherine’s is a residential aged care service located in Berri, South Australia.

As part of your placement, you’ll join a supportive aged care team focused on providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents and supporting their individual needs, wishes and goals.

As a Registered Nurse at St Catherine’s, you will provide safe, high-quality and person-centred clinical care to residents while working collaboratively with the wider aged care team.

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous residential aged care experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to travel and work away from home
• Full Australian working rights
• Current required immunisation compliance

• Relevant Enrolled Nursing qualification and AHPRA registration
• Experience in aged care
• Medication administration and clinical documentation experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel and work away from home

• Coordinate assessments, care planning, documentation and clinical reviews
• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated experience in a Clinical Care Coordinator, Care Manager, Clinical Nurse or senior leadership role within Residential Aged Care
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance
• Excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills
• Sound clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and work away from home
• Full Australian working rights
• Current required immunisation compliance

The Enrolled Nurse plays an integral role in providing high-quality care to residents and supports the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate care across the home.

As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will provide clinical leadership at St Catherine’s, coordinate resident care and support the clinical team to deliver safe, high-quality care.
