You will join a small, high-ownership global marketing team and have direct impact across our most important markets.
About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple global markets. This is a fully remote, individual contributor role with a high degree of autonomy — you will own campaign performance end-to-end, work cross-functionally with global teams, and bring a data-driven point of view to every decision.
Responsibilities
~1 min readOwn and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Tiktok and other Global platforms for multiple international markets
Monitor daily performance and optimize for CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency
Test creatives, audiences, and placements in collaboration with the creative team
Build and maintain campaign reports and creative performance analysis
Contribute to budget planning and growth forecasting across markets
Work cross-functionally with Creative, and Global Marketing teams
Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and properly localized for each market
Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitive activity across markets, including partnering with platform account reps
Partner with local market experts where needed to ensure relevance and accuracy
Requirements
~1 min read5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media
Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns at scale with measurable results
Experience running campaigns across multiple markets or regions
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote, async environment
Professional English proficiency
Nice to Have

Familiarity with attribution tools (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust, GA4)
Experience with local or regional ad platforms beyond Google and Meta
Experience managing influencer campaigns
Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
Detail-oriented but able to zoom out and think strategically
Excited to work in a global company with a lean team
