Business Analyst

• →Gather, define, and prioritize business requirements in close collaboration with clients. 

• →Analyze current processes, operational data, pain points, and root causes. 

• →Perform process gap analysis and identify operational improvement opportunities. 

• →Design future-state processes and support process re-engineering initiatives. 

• →Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, or process specifications. 

• →Collaborate with business and technology teams to support solution design and implementation. 

• →Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions. 

• →Support project delivery, requirement changes, testing, and implementation activities. 

• →Prepare clear analysis, recommendations, and presentations for senior stakeholders. 

 What We’re Looking For

• →University degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, technology, or a related discipline. 

• →Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, transformation, or a similar role. 

• →Strong experience in the asset management industry, preferably across mutual, provident, or private funds. 

• →Good understanding of fund operations, including fund accounting, NAV, investor services, and reporting. 

• →Experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives. 

• →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause and data-driven analysis. 

• →Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and process re-engineering. 

• →Experience gathering and managing business and functional requirements. 

• →Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. 

• →Ability to work effectively across business, operations, and technology teams. 

• →Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 

• →Pragmatic, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
