• →Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and structured analysis to gather requirements
• →Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation
• →Analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• →Support testing, training, and go-live activities to ensure successful implementation
• →Produce high-quality consulting deliverables including reports, presentations, and proposals

• Experience as a Business Analyst within ETRM and power trading environments
• Experience with OpenLink implementation, configuration, and extension
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Technology

• Experience within a management consulting environment
• Background in energy, utilities, or commodities trading
• Experience supporting testing cycles, training, and production rollout
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and lifecycle management
• Basic scripting or technical understanding to support system analysis
