Junior Analyst – Managed Services
Location: Orlando (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Finance, Risk, Regulatory & Financial Crime | Type: Permanent

• →Review trade surveillance alerts and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders for investigation and resolution
• →Process and investigate personal account dealing and outside business activities
• →Maintain periodic watch and restricted list reporting across defined cycles
• →Support regulatory compliance testing and assist with FINRA registration and exam processes
• →Contribute to policy and procedure reviews, including updates and development of new processes

• 0–1 year of professional experience in financial services, compliance, or operations
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
• Analytical thinking and sound judgment when assessing risk and compliance issues
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Exposure to regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA, CFTC, Federal Reserve)
• ACAMS and/or SIE certification
• Familiarity with compliance monitoring or trade surveillance tools
• Experience supporting audits, controls testing, or reporting processes
• Interest in financial regulation and governance frameworks
