Mandate Skills – PM Skills + Banking experience + Wealth / Advisory Domain Experience / BlackRock platforms 

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation and operational programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Take full ownership of program governance, including SteerCo forums, reporting, risk management, and decision-making frameworks
• Independently manage and influence senior stakeholders, including business and technology leadership
• Drive program execution hands-on, working closely with engineering and architecture teams
• Lead complex transformation initiatives single-handedly, without heavy reliance on layered delivery structures
• Establish and maintain robust delivery frameworks, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Provide strong people leadership, mentoring teams and fostering a high-performance delivery culture

• 12+ years of experience in project or delivery management roles
• Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation or operations programs in a hands-on delivery role
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply with technology teams
• Demonstrated ability to independently handle senior stakeholders with strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Experience owning governance, SteerCos, and executive reporting end-to-end
• Strong people leadership and team management experience
• Track record of single-handedly leading complex initiatives, with full accountability for delivery outcomes

• Certifications in Agile, Project Management (PMP, Prince2). Next
• HSBC experience is highly preferred
