Operations Analyst (She/He/They)

• →Supporting day-to-day Supply Chain Finance operations
• →Processing and verifying transactions and payments
• →Performing reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
• →Ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
• →Cooperating with internal teams and stakeholders
• →Meeting agreed quality and turnaround-time standards

• Fluent English
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and organisational abilities
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including 6–8 days per month in the Kraków office
• Availability for increased office presence during the initial training period
• Previous experience in trade finance, payments, banking operations or reconciliations would be an advantage, but is not essential
