• →Lead end-to-end product management from strategy through to execution across Commercial and Speciality Insurance
• →Translate complex market processes (e.g. placement, underwriting, bordereaux) into actionable user stories and roadmaps
• →Define product success metrics aligned to business objectives such as data completeness and operational efficiency
• →Collaborate with data engineers and architects to deliver robust data models, APIs, and integration standards
• →Manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders up to C-suite level, both internally and with clients

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Owner in Commercial and Speciality Insurance or Reinsurance
• Deep understanding of delegated authority frameworks and systems like PPL, Whitespace
• Track record of successful digital platform delivery within insurance or adjacent financial services
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage diverse teams and stakeholders

• Familiarity with MGA models and delegated authority operations
• Knowledge of AI and data product strategies, including GenAI and agentic AI
• Experience working with cross-border or multi-region product deliveries
• Awareness of compliance, risk, and governance requirements in FS product development
