This role’s primary mandate is to transform the execution of risk deliverables through automation, reducing manual touchpoints, enhancing control, and improving operational efficiency. The candidate will partner with Operations, Risk, and Technology teams to assess processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions aligned to the firm’s strategic transformation agenda.

• →Evaluate current processes across the book of work, with a focus on eliminating manual intervention and reducing operational risk
• →Design, build, and implement automation solutions using firm-supported tools
• →Deliver automation outcomes aligned to defined efficiency, control, and accuracy objectives
• →Process Assessment & Transformation
• →Conduct end-to-end process reviews to identify inefficiencies, data gaps, and control weaknesses
• →Develop process maps and support re-engineering initiatives to enable automation
• →Drive a “simplify before automate” approach across workflows
• →Project Planning & Execution
• →Create and manage project plans for automation initiatives, including milestones, dependencies, and timelines
• →Track delivery against automation goals, ensuring alignment with team priorities
• →Provide regular progress updates and escalate risks where required

• →Collaborate with Operations, Risk, and Technology stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions

• →Contribute to building a pipeline of automation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives

• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within Operations, Automation, or Transformation roles
• Prior experience in automation-led transformation of reporting or operational processes
• Strong hands-on experience with firm-supported automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx, Power Automate / Power BI)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end automation projects, from requirement gathering through deployment
• Experience in process mapping, workflow redesign, and data-driven problem solving
• Solid project management capability with experience managing delivery timelines and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across stakeholders, including senior management

• Understanding of Fixed Income products and operations workflows
