Responsibilities

→Lead business analysis activities across Guidewire implementation, upgrade, or integration programmes
→Elicit, document, and refine business and functional requirements aligned to Guidewire configuration and development
→Facilitate workshops with underwriting, claims, operations, and IT stakeholders to define target-state processes
→Support backlog management, user story creation, and sprint ceremonies within Agile delivery environments
→Ensure traceability between business requirements, system configuration, testing, and deployment

Strong Business Analysis experience within Insurance (P&C, London Market, or Specialty preferred)
Hands-on experience working on Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter programmes
Proven ability to translate business needs into structured functional requirements for Guidewire configuration
Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery models with cross-functional technology teams
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills

Nice to Have

Exposure to Guidewire digital portals or ecosystem integrations
Knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements impacting system design
Guidewire certification(s)
